As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage both client and candidate relationships within a specialist market, delivering recruitment solutions that generate revenue while building a strong professional reputation and personal brand.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients
- Develop your market expertise and personal brand within your specialist sector
- Attend networking and industry events to build your professional network
- Source, interview, and qualify candidates, building long-term talent pipelines
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage recruitment processes from initial business development to placement and aftercare
- Provide clients with market insight, recruitment advice, and exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to secure exclusive recruitment assignments
- Support marketing-led business development and build your professional presence

Requirements:
- Previous experience within recruitment, ideally within a specialist market
- A proactive and commercially-minded approach to business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to build credibility and trust with both clients and candidates
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
- A genuine passion for developing market expertise and building a personal brand
- Results-focused with the drive to generate new business and deliver successful placements
