This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and becoming a trusted expert within their market.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage both client and candidate relationships within a specialist market, delivering recruitment solutions that generate revenue while building a strong professional reputation and personal brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Develop your market expertise and personal brand within your specialist sector
  • Attend networking and industry events to build your professional network
  • Source, interview, and qualify candidates, building long-term talent pipelines
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage recruitment processes from initial business development to placement and aftercare
  • Provide clients with market insight, recruitment advice, and exceptional customer service
  • Identify opportunities to secure exclusive recruitment assignments
  • Support marketing-led business development and build your professional presence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within recruitment, ideally within a specialist market
  • A proactive and commercially-minded approach to business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to build credibility and trust with both clients and candidates
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
  • A genuine passion for developing market expertise and building a personal brand
  • Results-focused with the drive to generate new business and deliver successful placements
