About Hays Life Sciences
Ireland is a global leader in Life Sciences, with continued investment across Medical Devices, Biopharma, and Advanced Manufacturing. As demand for specialist engineering and manufacturing talent continues to increase, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help shape and grow our Medical Devices permanent recruitment offering.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Develop relationships with leading Medical Device and Life Sciences organisations across Ireland
- Build and manage a network of high-demand contract professionals across engineering, validation, automation, quality, and manufacturing
- Generate and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Source, interview, and place specialist contractors into key projects nationwide
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement and client relationship management
- Build your personal brand as a trusted market expert
- Achieve and exceed commercial and performance targets
