You'll take ownership of your own Business Professional desk across Kent. Working closely with clients and candidates, you'll win new business, strengthen existing relationships and deliver recruitment solutions that make a real difference.
You'll be trusted to run your desk your way, backed by the strength of the Brook Street brand, established tools and technology, a strong client base and a supportive team that wants you to succeed.

What you'll be doing
- Running and growing your own recruitment desk.
- Building trusted relationships with local clients across Kent.
- Winning new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.
- Managing candidates from first conversation through to placement.
- Keeping your market knowledge and online presence sharp and relevant.
- Delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment support in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in recruitment and sales.
- A track record of building strong client and candidate relationships.
- Confidence managing your own workload and priorities.
- A calm, practical approach when plans change.
- Clear communication and a strong work ethic.
- A car and valid driving licence for client visits.
