Recruitment Consultant (Contract) — Testing, Inspection & Built Environment
Remote (UK-based) | 6-month contract | Base salary + commission per placement
We're a London-based executive search business, and we're looking to build out our capabilities.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to embed with one of our primary accounts and take ownership of talent across their business.
This is a sleeves-rolled-up role. You'll lead the full talent lifecycle — from sourcing and resourcing candidates through to placing them into roles — across a broad remit: lab technicians and frontline staff right up to senior operations managers, plus sales, marketing, finance and more.

What we're looking for (essential)
- 2+ years' recruitment experience
- Immediate availability
- Experience in testing, inspection, certification (TIC), built environment or life sciences sectors
- Proven track record managing recruitment processes end-to-end
- A clear, articulate communicator who can work with minimal supervision across all areas of a business
