A growing boutique technical recruitment agency based in the City (London) is looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Senior Account Manager/ Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive, and highly respected recruitment business with an international client portfolio and genuine long-term financially and career progression opportunities.
Unlike many recruitment agencies, this company operates in a non-KPI driven environment focused on quality relationships, client service, and teamwork rather than sales targets and they don't do cold calling.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a busy recruitment desk, working with top clients exclusively and candidates across global markets. The role combines recruitment delivery, account management, and client relationship management responsibilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
