Delivery Recruitment Consultant
We are expanding our Camberley team and are looking for an ambitious and motivated Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join us. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, delivery-focused recruitment and building long-term relationships.

Owen Daniels is a leading STEM recruitment solutions group, founded in 2011, with its head office in Camberley and additional offices in Birmingham and US. We specialise in delivering bespoke recruitment solutions to Engineering, Manufacturing and wider STEM businesses across the UK.
The Role
As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with key accounts within the Engineering and Manufacturing sector, supporting live vacancies and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.
You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, using a combination of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and our internal CRM.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and our internal database
- Advertise vacancies accurately and attract high-quality candidates
- Screen and assess candidates via CV review and competency-based interview
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage interview coordination, preparation and feedback
- Support offer management and candidate onboarding
- Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers to deliver against client requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within a recruitment or delivery-focused recruitment role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- A team player with a professional and positive approach
- Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, STEM recruitment is advantageous but not essential
