In this role, you’ll help connect talented candidates with meaningful job opportunities. You’ll also partner with clients to deliver a seamless hiring experience while developing strong relationships across the life sciences sector.
What You’ll Do
- Source and screen top-tier candidates for client roles
- Manage client expectations and provide outstanding service
- Build long-lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Work with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and tools
- Hit personal and team performance targets in a supportive environment

What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive self-starter who also thrives in team settings
