I am exclusively partnered with an exciting Tech recruitment company going through its growth phase! Currently at 18 heads, they are looking to grow and bring on 3 new trainees. New recruits will receive 1-on-1 training from the Directors, who are both £1.2million billers… this is a great opportunity to learn from the best in the business!
My client has a brilliant track record: their previous two trainees smashed their targets and received their first promotion within 6-8 months and are on track for taking home £50k in their first year.

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with talented tech professionals, connecting them with top clients across the UK Tech space, including Hello Fresh & Rightmove! Through ongoing research and learning about market trends, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to become an expert in this sector.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Mapping the market
- Sourcing and engaging with top talent
- Negotiating offers
- Building strong, lasting relationships
Another key aspect of the role is to collaborate with clients in order to understand their hiring needs and identify their ideal candidates. From day one, you will be in a hands-on and dynamic environment to develop your skills, grow your confidence, and close deals that earn you commission!
What is on Offer: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary of £28k
- Commission structure that has no threshold, and is uncapped: OTE £50k+
- Promotion within 6-8 months
- 25 days holiday per year AND early finish Fridays
