Join a well-established recruitment agency as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice
Source candidates, manage applications, conduct screening calls, support reference checks, and build strong candidate and client relationships. Gain hands-on experience, develop your recruitment skills, and start building a long-term career in the industry!
Duties will include:
- Finding and contacting suitable candidates for commercial roles
- Reviewing CVs and applications to identify suitable applicants
- Carrying out initial screening calls with candidates over the phone / Teams
- Building positive relationships with candidates and clients
- Updating candidate records and keeping information accurate
- Supporting right to work checks and referencing
- Advertising job vacancies and promoting opportunities on Indeed / Total Jobs / LinkedIn
- Booking interviews and supporting the recruitment process
- Providing regular updates to candidates throughout the process
- Learning about the recruitment process and developing industry knowledge
- Working towards completing Recruiter Level 3 apprenticeship
