Join a well-established recruitment agency as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice

Source candidates, manage applications, conduct screening calls, support reference checks, and build strong candidate and client relationships. Gain hands-on experience, develop your recruitment skills, and start building a long-term career in the industry!

Duties will include:

  • Finding and contacting suitable candidates for commercial roles
  • Reviewing CVs and applications to identify suitable applicants
  • Carrying out initial screening calls with candidates over the phone / Teams
  • Building positive relationships with candidates and clients
  • Updating candidate records and keeping information accurate
  • Supporting right to work checks and referencing
  • Advertising job vacancies and promoting opportunities on Indeed / Total Jobs / LinkedIn
  • Booking interviews and supporting the recruitment process
  • Providing regular updates to candidates throughout the process
  • Learning about the recruitment process and developing industry knowledge
  • Working towards completing Recruiter Level 3 apprenticeship
