About Delve

Are you looking for a recruitment career with genuine international reach, right from the start? We’ve just had our best ever month as a business, with every team hitting target and earning bonus, and our APAC work is one of the fastest-growing parts of that story.

Delve Search specialises in executive search for the semiconductor industry, and our APAC desk is one of the most exciting growth areas in the business right now. We partner with some of the biggest names in global semiconductor manufacturing and equipment, placing leadership talent across sales, technical, and operational functions.

We're based in a new office at Cheshire Business Park (onsite parking, a short walk from Lostock station), but this role comes with genuine international exposure. You'll be working client relationships and candidate networks across a different time zone and culture to most of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Team You're Joining

You'll be part of a close, supportive team that backs each other daily. We take the work seriously and put in the hours when it counts, but we also respect that people have lives outside the office.

The Role

  • Building and managing client relationships across Taiwan, Singapore, China and the wider APAC semiconductor market
  • Leading search projects for senior technical and commercial leadership roles
  • Researching and assessing candidates across a genuinely international talent pool
  • Advising clients on market trends and talent availability specific to APAC
  • Working towards clear revenue targets with full autonomy over how you get there

What We're Looking For

You don't need prior APAC or executive search experience, but you should bring:

  • 1–5+ years in sales, business development, account management, or recruitment
  • Comfort building relationships across cultural and time-zone differences
  • Resilience and genuine curiosity about international markets
  • Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage, though not essential

Training & Progression

You’ll get dedicated weekly 1:1 coaching to build your recruitment skills. In your first couple of weeks you’ll shadow calls and learn how we run a search before making calls of your own with support close by. From there we build you up in stages, starting with client and candidate calls, then your own live vacancies, then full ownership of client relationships, so you know what to expect at each step, rather than being handed a full workload on day one. Our strategic plan includes opening up a dedicated APAC division with its own management team. This position is the first dedicated to this plan so it’s a great opportunity to get in early and be part of this division as it grows.

Rewards

Competitive base plus uncapped commission, live job vacancies from early on so you’re not waiting to earn, and team incentives, trips away and socials.

If international markets excite you and you’re looking to join a growing recruitment company, we should talk.
