Recruitment Consultant – Bromley

We’re growing our presence in Bromley and are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our new office. This is an opportunity for recruiters who already know how to build relationships, win business and deliver results, but want the opportunity to do more with their experience.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own desk within our established Built Environment market, backed by proven infrastructure, delivery support, marketing and an experienced leadership team. You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll be joining a business with established markets, strong systems and a clear growth strategy, while having the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of our Bromley office.

The Opportunity
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build and develop your own desk within our established Built Environment market.
- Work with an experienced leadership team and benefit from direct support from the Founder and senior management.
- Develop and grow your existing client relationships while winning new business.
- Take ownership of your market, with the autonomy to shape your approach and maximize your earning potential.
- Benefit from established delivery, marketing, systems and operational support.
- Be part of a growing Bromley team, with the opportunity to progress as the office develops.
- Share your experience and, over time, help support and mentor less experienced consultants.
About You
We’re looking for experienced agency recruiters who:
- Have a proven track record in recruitment.
- Know how to develop strong, long-term client relationships.
- Are commercially driven and motivated by results.
- Want autonomy and ownership over their desk.
- Are ambitious about their career and earning potential.
- Want to join a growing business where experience is valued and progression is genuine.
- Ideally have experience within Built Environment recruitment, although we’re open to speaking with strong recruiters from complementary markets.
