Recruitment Consultant - Data Centres

Novalith Advisory is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help expand our presence across the European data centre market.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a commercially focused recruiter with experience in construction, engineering or technical recruitment. You will take ownership of developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering recruitment solutions across major data centre projects.
The position offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to build a successful desk within a specialist recruitment business.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process while developing a strong network of clients and candidates across the data centre sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing relationships with data centre contractors, consultancies, developers and specialist service providers.
- Identifying new clients, projects and recruitment opportunities.
- Generating vacancies through targeted business development and relationship management.
- Managing existing client relationships and growing key accounts.
- Sourcing and engaging construction, engineering and data centre professionals.
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement.
- Developing talent pipelines for current and future client requirements.
- Producing high-quality job adverts and candidate marketing campaigns.
- Promoting suitable candidates directly to prospective clients.
- Using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and market intelligence to generate opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of client, candidate and vacancy activity.
- Representing Novalith professionally across the European data centre market.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous recruitment experience within construction, engineering or a related technical sector.
- Understands how to build and manage a successful recruitment desk.
- Has experience developing new client relationships and generating vacancies.
- Is confident speaking with hiring managers, project leaders and senior decision-makers.
- Can manage both candidate delivery and business development activity.
- Is comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Is organised, self-motivated and accountable for their own performance.
- Communicates professionally and builds long-term relationships.
- Has a genuine interest in the rapidly expanding European data centre sector.
Previous data centre recruitment experience would be highly advantageous, but it is not essential if you have a strong construction or engineering recruitment background and the ambition to develop within the market.
