Trillium Search is a specialist recruitment business focused on senior and executive-level hires across the Industrial, Chemicals, Automotive & Aerospace, and Ingredients sectors.
We deliver retained and high-quality search work for clients who need precision, industry knowledge, and trusted advice.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with genuine commercial sales capability to join us and help grow the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven commercial / sales experience at any level (you must be comfortable winning business, building relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue)
- Commercial maturity, self-motivation, and a professional, consistent approach
- Someone who is genuinely open to the prospect of a longer-term partnership once success, integration, and clear goals have been achieved (This is not necessary, but available for the right candidate)

The opportunity
This is a hands-on role in a growing, focused search business. You will:
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Win and deliver senior-level search assignments
- Build candidate pipelines and manage processes end-to-end
- Contribute directly to the commercial growth of the firm
For the right person who delivers consistent results, integrates well, and meets agreed goals, there is a clear path to discussing equity / partnership in the business.
Location & working style
Based around Winchester, Hampshire. Semi-local / hybrid preferred. Fully remote will be considered for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate strong self-management and commercial delivery.
