  • Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus

Job Description

Recruitment Consultant - Reed Norwich (Business Support Temps)

  • Location: Norwich
  • Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following induction
  • Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Permanent

The Role

Reed Norwich is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support division, managing a temporary recruitment desk across Norwich and the surrounding areas.

You'll recruit for a variety of office support roles, including Administrators, Customer Service Advisors, Receptionists, Personal Assistants, and Office Managers. Working with both existing and new clients, you'll build strong relationships, source high quality candidates, and grow a successful desk within a fast paced market.

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients

Finding and Engaging Talent

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates
  • Writing job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels
  • Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
