An exciting opportunity has become available with the pre-eminent Tech Recruitment company in the Reading area. My client are looking for ambitious, target motivated people with a strong work ethic to join them as a Recruitment Consultant.
You would be joining their Contract team, which is the fastest growing sector in the company. They are an established company with an excellent reputation in the sector and a track record of turning trainees into super Recruiters. There is a comprehensive training and induction programme in place with supportive management and personal mentor to help you grow into the role.
You would work in a warm, friendly collaborative team environment - Everybody wants everyone else to do well - There is always support and advice available.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Make sales calls to bring in new business
- Keep in touch with existing business contacts
- Use online tools to effectively network with Clients and Candidates
- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Candidates

Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant
- Excellent communication skills
- Target or goal oriented
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Independently motivated
- Team player
- Strong work ethic
