We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Risk team, based in our Manchester office on Deansgate.
This is a great opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in Risk, Financial Crime, Compliance, Regulation, Audit or Legal recruitment to join an established recruitment business with the backing, resources and opportunities of a large, successful group.

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, winning new business and building a strong candidate network within your specialist market.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and client engagement through to candidate attraction, placement and account management.
- Develop and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Build a strong network of candidates across Risk, Financial Crime, Compliance, Regulation, Audit and Legal markets.
- Take ownership of your desk, identifying opportunities to grow your market and maximise your earning potential.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider business, benefiting from the knowledge, support and resources of an established recruitment group.

About You
We’re keen to speak with recruitment professionals who have some experience in a 360 recruitment role and are comfortable managing both the client and candidate sides of the recruitment process.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of recruitment delivery and business development.
- Experience recruiting across one or more of the following markets: Risk, Financial Crime, Compliance, Regulation, Audit, Legal or Financial Services.
- The confidence to build relationships, develop new business and manage your own desk.
- A commercial mindset, with the motivation to achieve targets and grow your billings.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, alongside the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
We’re open to different levels of experience and would be interested in speaking with Consultants who have a solid grounding in the market and are looking for their next opportunity.
