Recruitment Consultant (Trainee)

£27,000 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (£100k+) + One-to-One Training + Progression

Train with the Best. Join from Day One. Progress to Directorship.

An exceptional opportunity to join an ambitious engineering recruitment business as one of its first employees, with direct access to industry-leading training, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to help build a company from the ground up.

Roundhouse Recruitment was founded by a recruiter who achieved the highest performance records as both a consultant and a manager in his previous company's history. Now, he's building his own team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to follow a similar path.

You'll work directly alongside the founder, receiving intensive one-to-one training in recruitment, sales psychology, negotiation and winning new business. You'll learn the skills, techniques and processes behind building a highly profitable recruitment desk, with the guidance and support to put them into practice.

This isn't simply an opportunity to become a recruitment consultant. We're looking for people with the ambition to develop into future managers and business leaders. As one of our first employees, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the company, take on increasing responsibility and potentially progress all the way to directorship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
