About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is to drive sales growth and promote collaboration across Enable Group while focusing on new external markets within construction and engineering. This role focuses on sourcing and placing candidates to blue and white collar construction/engineering vacancies. It is a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles at a time countrywide.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the BD Manager, ensure seamless CRM updates and attend weekly sales meetings to align strategies and report progress.
- Source blue collar and white collar candidates and opportunities.
- Resource suitable candidates using your own network and tools provided.
Experience
- Proven experience in a 360 Recruitment or 180 recruitment role within the recruitment industry, with a focus on construction sectors.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry as a Resourcer or Recruiter.
- Experience using numerous CV searching platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to write appealing and attractive job adverts for posting online and social media.
Technical Skills
- Sourcing candidates, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing pipelines, tracking leads, and generating reports.
- Strong understanding of resourcing processes, industry trends, and client needs within the construction and engineering sectors.
