Recruitment Consultant | Accountancy & Finance
Milton Keynes | Permanent
up to £35,000 base salary + bonus (up to 45% OTE of your annual billings, paid monthly) + quarterly and annual abroad incentives + closed during Xmas period.

We’ve grown revenues significantly against 2025, strengthened our position across the local market and opened doors with key accounts, recognisable consumer brands and ambitious businesses across the region.
Now we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help us build our Accountancy & Finance offering across the Northern Home Counties.
This isn’t an opportunity to inherit a desk and simply work vacancies.
It’s an opportunity to build a specialist market, develop your commercial skills, grow a valuable network and become known for the quality of your relationships and market knowledge.
The opportunity
We don’t want you to become another generalist recruiter.
We want you to understand the businesses you work with, the challenges they face and the people they need to help them grow.
Working alongside experienced colleagues and with the support of an established specialist brand, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build and develop your own specialist Accountancy & Finance market - Perm, Contract, Part-Qualified or Senior Finance
- Develop trusted relationships with finance professionals, hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Build a high-quality network of Accountancy & Finance candidates
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Work with established organisations, recognisable consumer brands and ambitious growing businesses
- Develop long-term client relationships rather than simply react to vacancies
- Attend networking events and build your profile across the local market
- Collaborate with specialist teams across Finance, Technology, Private Equity, Business Transformation and Executive Leadership

You may already have recruitment experience and be ready to take the next step.
