Recruitment Consultant – Food & FMCG
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27,500 - £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus Scheme
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our established Food & FMCG division in Edinburgh.
This is a high-potential opportunity to take ownership of a specialist Food recruitment desk, partnering with manufacturers, food producers, FMCG organisations, supply chain businesses, and leading employers across Scotland and the wider UK.
Whether you are already recruiting within Food, FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or another specialist sector, this role offers the autonomy, support and brand strength to build a highly profitable desk and maximise your earnings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a specialist Food & FMCG recruitment desk.
- Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients.
- Building long-term relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-calibre candidates.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Negotiating fees, offers and terms of business.
- Expanding existing client accounts and creating new revenue streams.
- Delivering market insight and consultancy to clients and candidates.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
