Your New Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates, helping businesses attract top talent while supporting individuals with their career aspirations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Generating new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networking
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer negotiation
- Developing specialist market knowledge to become a trusted recruitment partner
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets while building your personal brand

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Recent graduate or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, driven and motivated by success
- Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and influence others
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career
No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided from day one.
