Your New Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates, helping businesses attract top talent while supporting individuals with their career aspirations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generating new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networking
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer negotiation
  • Developing specialist market knowledge to become a trusted recruitment partner
  • Working towards individual and team revenue targets while building your personal brand

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Recent graduate or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, driven and motivated by success
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided from day one.
