Job Title: Contract Recruitment Consultant – Data
Location: EC2M 2EF
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Data space to join a high-performing team focused on Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI/ML talent.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a growing desk within the Data market, working with a mix of scaling start-ups, established tech firms, and enterprise clients. This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage the full lifecycle from business development through to placement delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients hiring in the Data space
- Develop new business opportunities across tech, product, and data-driven organizations
- Source, engage, and place high-quality Data professionals (Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, ML Engineers, etc.)
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across contract roles
- Stay ahead of market trends in Data, AI, and analytics hiring
- Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

About You
- Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within Tech/Data/IT markets)
- Strong understanding of Data roles and technical skillsets
- Commercially driven with a track record of billing success
- Confident in business development and relationship building
- Motivated by autonomy, performance, and growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
