Recruitment Consultant β Data & AI π€
Are you a talented recruiter or sales professional looking to accelerate your career, earning potential and expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology?
We're looking for someone with recruitment or sales experience to join our specialist Data & AI team at Peaple Talent.
You'll work across a rapidly evolving market, building relationships with businesses and talented professionals across Data Engineering, AI, Data Science, Analytics and Machine Learning.
We're particularly interested in people who have a genuine interest in AI and technology and want to build a career around a market that's changing incredibly quickly.

- Recruitment or sales experience: You understand targets, winning business and building strong relationships.
- Ambition: You want to progress, earn well and build something long-term.
- Resilience: You're comfortable with setbacks and know how to bounce back.
- Commercial mindset: You enjoy identifying opportunities and turning conversations into results.
- Passion for AI & technology: You don't need to be technical, but you should be genuinely curious about where AI and Data are heading.
- Coachability: You're always looking to improve and are willing to learn from those around you.
