Migra has particular expertise in the Social Housing sector, providing end-to-end data migration services for some of the largest organizations in this space. Role Description
The Recruitment Consultant – Data Specialist role is a full-time remote position focused on identifying both new clients and new candidates, as well as placing people into Migra’s existing client base. You will be contacting a large variety of senior stakeholders across multiple industry sectors and developing long-term profitable relationships. You will also be identifying and engaging candidates with data migration, data engineering, and data analysis expertise, conducting structured interviews, and evaluating technical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in both client acquisition and candidate placement, focused on data, IT, or technology roles.
- Ability to understand and discuss data-related roles (e.g., data migration specialists, data engineers, data analysts) and their core skill sets.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing methods (e.g., professional networks, job boards, social platforms, talent databases) and pipeline management.
- Skilled in conducting structured interviews, assessing technical and soft skills, and providing clear, objective candidate evaluations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with both candidates and client stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience or interest in the Social Housing sector or data migration projects is an advantage.
