Recruitment Consultant - Delivery

Colchester, Essex

Whitehall Resources has spent 19 years becoming one of the most respected names in SAP recruitment and we're not slowing down. We've built long-standing relationships with leading SAP end users and consultancies right across global markets, and now we want a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to help us deliver against that growing pipeline.

We're looking for someone sharp, driven, and genuinely good at finding great people, ready to own the candidate side of the desk and work closely with our client-facing consultants to fill live SAP and technology roles fast, without compromising on quality. All from our Colchester office, with hybrid working built in.

If you love the hunt, thrive on hitting targets, and want to build a career in a specialist market backed by an established business, we want to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
