Recruitment Consultant - Delivery
Location: Hybrid (Remote + 1 day per month in Bromley)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Role
We're looking for a driven, delivery-focused Recruiter to join our close-knit and competitive team, with genuine career progression and uncapped earning potential.
You’ll be joining a hot desk with live vacancies from day one, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact rather than spending months building a desk from scratch.
The role is focused on delivery and candidate engagement. You’ll work across live vacancies, build strong candidate relationships and deliver the right talent to our clients.
Experience recruiting within government, defence, security-cleared technology or other highly regulated environments would be a big plus, but it’s not essential. If you have a strong background in technology recruitment and the drive to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end resourcing and interview processes for SC and DV-cleared roles
- Building and engaging with a network of high-quality, security-cleared candidates
- Recruiting across a wide range of sectors, including Technology, Finance, Security, Research & Test, and more
- Representing the team with confidence, professionalism and ambition
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards
About You
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for recruitment who wants to build a long-term career. We’re more interested in your ability, attitude and determination to succeed than simply the number of years on your CV.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working in recruitment, resourcing or a delivery-focused recruitment position, ideally within government, defence or technology
- Experience sourcing technology-focused candidates across IT/Software, Engineering/Architecture, Product or other technology-focused areas
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment
- Experience working with SC/DV-cleared candidates is a bonus
