Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant
Brighton | Office-Based
My client is a highly successful recruitment business working with world-leading organisations across Telecoms, Semiconductors, Electric Vehicles, Artificial Intelligence and Quant Technology within Asset Management and Hedge Funds.
They are looking to hire two ambitious salespeople or Recruiters who ideally have around one to two years’ experience in a sales, recruitment or target-driven environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, supportive business with an impressive client base and a high volume of active vacancies. You can begin in a delivery-focused position and continue developing as a specialist Delivery Consultant, or progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role as your experience and confidence grow.

- Around one to two years’ sales or recruitment experience
- Experience working towards targets or performance-based objectives
- A driven, competitive and ambitious approach

- A realistic understanding of the demands of recruitment
