Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant – Central London
Redfish Solutions | London | Full-Time | Office-Based
Redfish Solutions is a successful specialist recruitment business with 20+ years of experience across the built environment. We’re growing our Central London team and are looking for driven, ambitious Recruitment Consultants / Delivery Consultants who want to build a successful career, earn well and be part of a high-performing team.
We currently have opportunities across:
- Commercial Office Fit Out
- Design & Architecture
- Property Consultancy
- High-End Residential Contracting

- Uncapped commission with NO threshold – earn from your first billings

The working week
We are a 100% office-based business, working from our Central London office.
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
We believe being in the office creates a strong team environment, encourages collaboration and gives ambitious consultants the opportunity to learn, develop and succeed alongside experienced colleagues.
