Recruitment Consultant - Delivery
Finance recruitment - Leeds hybrid - Up to £35k + up to 20% bonus
Good recruiter. Good with candidates. Not remotely excited by BD targets?

I’m working with an established specialist finance recruitment business in Leeds that needs an experienced recruiter to support its transactional finance team.
And this one is genuinely about delivery.
You’ll support an established consultant, sourcing and managing candidates across roles such as Accounts Assistants, Purchase Ledger Managers and other transactional finance positions, typically up to £45k salary.
There’s work to get stuck into straight away and they want someone who can join as soon as possible.
This isn't simply maternity cover either. The immediate need has come about because someone is going on maternity leave, but there is a permanent role available.
Who could fit?
You might already be a delivery or candidate-focused recruiter.
You could equally be a 360 recruiter who still enjoys recruitment but has realised that constant prospecting, cold calling and winning new business isn't the part you want your career built around.

The business
This is a small, established Leeds finance recruitment specialist rather than a large corporate environment.
You'll work alongside experienced recruiters with a strong Yorkshire presence and have access to in-house Finance Director expertise that gives the business additional credibility in its market.
The package
- Up to £35k base
- Up to 20% bonus, split between individual objectives and revenue supported
- Hybrid working with three office days for full-time employees
- 3 or 4-day working week also considered
- 38 days' holiday including bank holidays
