About Wenham Carter:

Wenham Carter is a global search firm operating across the leading edge of technology and sciences. We connect businesses across different industries with talent that is shaping the world we live in.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our Space & Satellite team on a remote basis, with occasional travel to our offices.

Working closely with our client-facing leads, you'll help fill mid-senior level roles such as Chief Robotics Officers and their teams building robots to go to space. No Space & Satellite industry experience is required — full training will be provided. However, experience recruiting within deep tech is highly desirable, for example within robotics, aerospace and defence, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, AI/ML, quantum computing, or other deep-tech/hardware-led sectors. Candidates who have hired for technical or engineering-heavy teams (e.g. hardware engineers, systems engineers, or R&D specialists) will find a lot of crossover here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
