Requirements
- Proven Recruitment Experience: Solid experience in recruitment, ideally within the Doctors temporary sector
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in building rapport, handling objections gracefully, and negotiating successfully.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
