Consultant - HR Recruitment (Temp & Perm)

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on developing new business, building long-term client partnerships, and becoming a trusted advisor to both organisations and candidates. Whether you're helping a business secure a critical interim hire at short notice or supporting a candidate with their next permanent career move, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes.
The Opportunity
As a Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent HR assignments, working with an established client base while driving new business growth. You'll be responsible for developing strong market networks, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
You'll have the autonomy to build your own desk while benefiting from the support, reputation, and collaborative culture of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dual desk covering temporary, contract, interim and permanent HR recruitment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and win new business opportunities through consultative business development.
- Meet clients regularly to understand their hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Source, interview and represent high-calibre HR professionals across all levels.
- Build and nurture long-term candidate and client networks.
- Manage recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and placement.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across the wider business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Previous recruitment experience within temporary, interim, contract or permanent markets would be highly advantageous, although attitude, drive and potential are equally important.
