About EVOKE
EVOKE Luxury Living is a boutique luxury real estate brokerage based in Downtown Dubai, built around ambitious people, high standards and a culture focused on performance and growth.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us identify and attract some of the best real estate talent in Dubai.
This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for applications to arrive. We're looking for someone who knows how to headhunt, build relationships and turn conversations into hires.
The Role
You will take ownership of recruitment across EVOKE, with a primary focus on growing our team of high-performing Property Consultants.
You'll work closely with the Founder and marketing team to understand exactly who we're looking for and proactively bring the right people into the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively headhunting experienced Dubai real estate agents
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and direct outreach
- Managing inbound applications and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
- Conducting initial screening calls and interviews
- Booking qualified candidates for management interviews
- Following up consistently with prospective candidates
- Building long-term relationships with strong agents across the Dubai market
- Managing and maintaining recruitment databases and candidate records
- Supporting recruitment campaigns alongside the marketing team
- Helping strengthen EVOKE's employer brand within the Dubai real estate industry
- Tracking recruitment activity, interviews, offers and successful hires

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and comfortable speaking to ambitious salespeople every day.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Dubai real estate recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Experience proactively headhunting candidates
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence approaching passive candidates
- Strong organisation and follow-up
- A results-driven mindset
- An understanding of what motivates high-performing salespeople
- The ability to represent a premium brand professionally
