Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics (D365 / CRM / ERP)
Location: EC2M 2EF
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Microsoft Dynamics space to join a high-performing team focused on Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP).
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a growing desk within the Microsoft Dynamics market, working with a mix of Microsoft partners, global consultancies, and enterprise end-users undergoing digital transformation. This is a 360 recruitment role covering the full desk lifecycle from business development through to successful placement delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients hiring across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Develop new business opportunities across Microsoft Partners, consultancies, and enterprise transformation programmes
- Source, engage, and place high-quality Dynamics professionals across functional, technical, and leadership roles (e.g. Dynamics 365 Consultants, Solution Architects, Developers, Functional Leads, and Power Platform specialists)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles
- Stay ahead of market trends across Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integration
- Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

About You
- Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, or Business Applications markets)
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and implementation environments
- Commercially driven with a proven track record of billing success
- Confident in business development and client relationship management
- Motivated by autonomy, ownership, and building a long-term desk
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
