Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Commission (DOE)

About Dynamic Search

At Dynamic Search, we specialise in placing IT sales professionals with fast-growing technology businesses across the UK. We work across the MSP, VAR, and wider IT channel, and we've built a strong reputation for knowing our market and the people in it.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an IT Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team. This is a billing role focused on candidate delivery, headhunting, and placing IT sales talent across live briefs in the UK market.

You'll be speaking to sales people every day, which means you need to be confident, commercially minded, and comfortable holding your own in those conversations. If you've got a background in recruitment or sales and an interest in the IT channel, this could be a strong next move.

Role & Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
