The Role

Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle: -
Client acquisition: Build new relationships, pitch services, understand hiring needs, and develop long-term partnerships

Candidate sourcing & screening: Find candidates via networking, referrals, databases, and direct approaches; assess suitability via interviews and CV reviews

Offer negotiation & placement: Act as the intermediary between clients and candidates, managing expectations and facilitating offers

Market research & insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

Job promotion: Create and advertise roles across multiple channels, including social media and job boards

Who We’re Looking For
- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree-educated or with a commercial background (sales, consultancy, sports professionals, graduate schemes)
- Highly competitive and driven, ideally with sports or competitive hobbies
- Financially motivated with a strong desire to succeed
