SENIOR EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - FULLY REMOTE
£30,000-£50,000 BASE + INDUSTRY-LEADING COMMISSION + SIGN-ON BONUS
RECSEEKERS are partnering with a high-growth Education Technology business that is modernising the way schools access recruitment and staffing support.
Backed by significant investment and operating across multiple markets, they’ve built a technology-led platform that gives recruiters the tools, data and automation to work more efficiently - allowing them to spend more time winning business, building relationships and growing their desk.
They’re now looking for experienced Education recruiters to join the team as they continue to scale.

- You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own market, build and grow your desk, and develop long-term relationships with schools, trusts and education groups.
- Rather than being weighed down by outdated processes, you’ll have access to technology, automation, data and support designed to make recruiters more effective.
- The focus is simple: give good recruiters the platform to bill more.
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
They’re looking for experienced Education recruiters who already understand how to build a desk and generate revenue.
- You’ll ideally have a strong billing track record, a proven ability to win and grow accounts, and the commercial mindset to make the most of a high-autonomy environment.
- Experience in Education recruitment is essential.
