£40,000 - £60,000 Base + Market-Leading Commission + Sign-On Bonus

The Role
- Grow key accounts and build strategic partnerships across London schools and academy trusts.
- Deliver on live temporary and permanent requirements across Primary, Secondary, or SEND.
- Influence market strategy, build a team around your successful desk, and step into leadership.

- Proven track record as an Education Recruitment Consultant with deep sector knowledge.
- Strong biller who excels at relationship-building and business development.
