The Education Network is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Birmingham.

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, supporting schools across the West Midlands.
This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage and develop both new and existing client and candidate relationships. You'll join an established education recruitment brand with over 30 years of experience and a strong reputation across the local community.
Whether your background is in education, healthcare, commercial, or another recruitment sector, we'd love to hear from consultants who are commercially driven, relationship-focused, and ready for their next challenge.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a specialist recruitment desk across SEND, Secondary, or Primary, depending on your experience.
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
- Recruiting and placing high-quality teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff into schools across the West Midlands.
- Developing new business through networking, referrals, and proactive business development.
- Managing accounts and delivering a high-quality, tailored recruitment service.
- Building a successful desk while representing The Education Network's values of transparency, integrity, and community impact.

What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment consultant or B2B sales experience – education recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A proven ability to build relationships and develop business.
- A commercially driven, target-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and wants the opportunity to grow their own desk.
- A team player who values collaboration but is confident working independently.
- A genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding service to clients and candidates.
