Recruitment Consultant - Employability

Location: Fareham

About FIND

We're a high-performance, sales-focused recruitment business that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and outstanding results for both clients and candidates. Since launching four years ago, we've grown from a team of three to 17 people, launched multiple specialist divisions and built a reputation for becoming genuine experts in the markets we choose.

Now we're doing it again.

We've identified one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment markets and we're looking for someone to build it with us.

The Opportunity

We're launching a brand-new Employment Services practice. This isn't a warm desk. It's far better than that.

We've spent months researching the market, identifying where recruitment demand is really created and building a strategy that's different from every other recruiter operating in the space.

You'll recruit across organisations delivering:

  • Employability Services
  • Health into Work
  • Individual Placement & Support (IPS)
  • Supported Employment
  • Justice & Rehabilitation

We'll give you the freedom, support and investment to build a market-leading desk. If you love building relationships, winning new business and creating something genuinely valuable, you'll love this role.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our Employment Services division, partnering with organisations across the UK to recruit delivery, operational and leadership talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
