About the Role

Looking to start a career in sales, recruitment, or business development?

iO Associates/Precision Resource Group (PRG) is hiring ambitious graduates and candidates with customer-facing or sales experience to join our growing Manchester team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is required, we provide full training through our award-winning six-month development programme designed to help you build a successful long-term career in recruitment and sales.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role offering uncapped earning potential, structured progression, industry-leading training, and the opportunity to work in a highly rewarding commercial environment.

Whether you come from retail, hospitality, telesales, estate agency, customer service, sport, or have recently graduated, we're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work in a 360 sales role managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Business development and generating new client relationships
  • Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients
  • Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Interviewing and screening candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process through to placement
  • Building your personal brand within your specialist market
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
