The Opportunity
Already have recruitment experience and wondering what you could achieve in a bigger-fee, higher-earning market?
TYG is growing our London team and looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who want more ownership, stronger earning potential, and the opportunity to build their desk across the US market.
We partner exclusively with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction businesses across the USA, giving our consultants access to established markets with plenty of opportunity to develop new and existing client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands recruitment and wants a platform to take their desk to the next level.
- You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market, build long-term client relationships, and take ownership of your recruitment processes from start to finish.
- We're also investing heavily in how our consultants work. You'll have access to advanced technology, automation, and multiple candidate resourcing avenues to support business development and sourcing, rather than relying solely on traditional cold outreach.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
