Role: Recruitment Consultant Company: Creideas Division: Professional Services Location: London, WC1V 6HG Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Creideas (pronounced CREE-JUS), a specialist recruitment brand bringing together established teams and long-standing client relationships under a sharper, more focused identity. With a strong emphasis on quality, expertise, and long-term partnerships, Creideas operates across Accountancy & Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Legal sectors.
As part of the Tatton Recruitment Group, Creideas is entering an exciting period of growth and expansion. This means you’ll benefit from the support, resources, and vision of a larger, progressive group, while remaining part of the close-knit, high-performing culture that sets Creideas apart.
You’ll be joining an experienced team of consultants who genuinely collaborate, support each other, and celebrate success together. It’s a culture built on shared knowledge, teamwork, and collective achievement, where everyone is invested in each other’s success.
Based in our London office, with a flexible hybrid working model (Monday to Wednesday in the office and Thursday to Friday from home), this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a Professional Services permanent desk, focusing on high-quality finance and accounting placements. As part of a newly launched brand, you’ll have the opportunity to build, shape, and grow your own desk, combining business development with relationship-driven delivery in a highly competitive but opportunity-rich market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
