Freight Appointments is a specialist recruitment agency based in North Bristol, and we’re looking for driven, commercially minded people to join our growing team.
No recruitment experience? No problem. If you come from sales, business development, telesales, insurance, estate agency, or another target-driven environment, you could already have exactly the skills we’re looking for.

What you'll be doing
Recruitment is a mix of sales, business development, relationship building, and headhunting.
You'll:
- Build your own network of clients and candidates
- Win new business
- Headhunt talent
- Manage interview processes
- Negotiate offers
- Ultimately grow your own recruitment desk
