Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accounting Division
Location: London
Salary: Negotiable
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Finance & Accounting team based in the West End.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, winning new business, and delivering an exceptional service. - Develop and manage existing client relationships.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Attract and interview high-calibre candidates.

- Produce high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Manage the recruitment process from brief through to offer.
- Provide clients with market insight and salary benchmarking.
- Contribute ideas across marketing, technology, PR, and events.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.
Person Profile
- Proven recruitment experience within Finance & Accounting.
- Strong sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Commercially aware and target-driven.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Confident building relationships at all levels.
- Positive, energetic, and proactive.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Able to work under pressure while remaining calm and professional.
- A strong team player with the confidence to mentor and lead by example.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
