Recruitment Consultant - Finance
Location: City of London
Communicate is a specialist recruitment business based in the City of London, partnering with high-growth, private equity-backed and listed businesses across finance, tax, treasury and wider professional services markets. Our clients include Britvic, Pret a Manger, Reckitt, Soho House, McLaren and Bloomsbury, alongside many businesses that impact you every day, but that you may not be familiar with yet.
We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role would suit a bright, commercially minded graduate who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying high-quality candidates and managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, motivations, salary expectations and career goals
- Build and manage relationships with clients across your specialist market
- Source, approach and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and market mapping
- Manage candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, including interviews, feedback, offers and negotiations
- Develop market knowledge and become a trusted advisor within your niche
- Work closely with the wider team to share leads, improve candidate quality and deliver an excellent service

- A bright graduate with strong communication skills, commercial awareness and natural attention to detail
- Confident speaking to professionals, curious about people and motivated by building relationships
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working towards targets
