Working from our established UK headquarters in Birchwood, Warrington, you'll play a key role in helping to build and develop our presence in Poland. The Role
As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for delivering recruitment solutions across permanent and contract vacancies, supporting our growing client base and candidate networks across Poland and wider European markets.
The role requires fluency in both Polish and English, as you'll be communicating regularly with candidates, clients and colleagues across both regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships within the Polish market
- Working closely with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment requirements
- Supporting the growth and development of our new Poland office
- Generating business opportunities and market intelligence
- Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding activities
- Achieving individual and team performance targets
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and clients

About You
- Fluent in both Polish and English, with the confidence to build relationships, conduct interviews and communicate professionally with candidates and clients in both languages
- Previous recruitment experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware and results-focused
- Confident sourcing and engaging candidates
- Self-motivated, resilient and ambitious
- Excited by the opportunity to help grow a new international office
- Passionate about building a long-term career within recruitment
