The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our EU Fulfilment team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering recruitment solutions across a portfolio of established life sciences clients within the contractor workforce space.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter who enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, delivering exceptional service, and generating revenue through both account growth and new business opportunities. You will have access to industry-leading technology, established client relationships, and a highly collaborative environment designed to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for contract opportunities across the life sciences sector.
  • Delivering high-quality candidates against client requirements within agreed timescales.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and contractor populations.
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and engaging life sciences professionals using a variety of recruitment methodologies and platforms.
  • Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue from existing accounts through cross-selling and lead generation.
  • Working closely with Client Services and Contracts teams to maximise opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Consistently achieving individual revenue and activity targets.
  • Developing talent pools within specialist markets to support future hiring demand.
  • Maintaining accurate records and activity levels within company CRM and recruitment systems.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity within the life sciences sector.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the R&D Partners brand, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience within recruitment, preferably in Life Sciences, STEM, Healthcare, Technology, or other specialist sectors.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience recruiting for contract positions is highly desirable.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and networking capabilities.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment technologies.
