Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your contribution matters - you'll play a role in shaping the future of the business rather than simply working for it, and if you aspire to build your own team (remote or office based) this is something that is both encouraged and supported, with equity on offer as the business grows.

For the last 10 years we have mainly been recruiting permanent Software Engineers (from graduate level upwards) covering AI/ML, data, cloud, cybersecurity, mobile, front-end, back-end and embedded. Our focus is on working as a recruitment partner rather than on quick wins, building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates alike.

About you

We're looking for experienced recruiters with a consistent billing history who enjoy managing the full recruitment lifecycle and are motivated by building long-term client relationships.

Although recent work has centred on IT and tech, we’re actively looking to expand into new markets. So, provided you’re open to setting up a new desk from scratch, we are also keen to hear from consultants from other sectors including:

However, you won’t be doing this alone, we will support with setting up systems, market mapping, business development and resourcing to help you get up to speed as quickly as possible.

Similarly, if you’re an experienced contract recruiter this is something we would be keen to discuss.

What we offer

A highly competitive basic salary (reflective of billing history), no thresholds, a tiered, uncapped commission structure which genuinely rewards performance and the potential to earn up to 45% of what you bill annually.

Plus, a flexible benefits package including 25 days holiday, birthday leave, up to 5 additional days per year, pension, enhanced sick pay, work hub days, medical and dental family cover and financial wellbeing support.
