The Job

An autonomous role where every consultant can be the CEO of their own desk, you will be proactively sourcing both clients and candidates and developing long term mutually beneficial relationships.
- You will become adept and growing and maintaining your network through various avenues including online databases, LinkedIn and referrals to generate both your pool of candidates and your clients.
- Full training and CPD provided to ensure that you remain at the very peak of your game, and that your earning potential will continually grow.
- Persistence, resilience and a drive to succeed is essential, everything else can be trained. Ultimately recruitment is a sales job, so if you’re genuinely seeking an opportunity where the more that you put in, the more you’ll get out then we’d love to talk to you.
